The accommodation here is stylish and comfortable, featuring cozy electric blankets.

Our stay was better than I had imagined, I would recommend Cradle Mountain Chateau to any and everyone. We have decided to come back in 6 months time and experience summer in the Chateau, we have been told this is the best time of the year. I say it would take alot to beat July at Cradle Mountain, but we will just have to find out for ourselves.

The breakfast was delicious and tasty and fairly priced with soft drinks, the lounge food and also barista made coffee. Really friendly staff members from the cleaning staff to manager's and kept the hotel spotlessly clean. The location in a nice quiet area was particularly good and unbeatable. The property was a super close walk to Cradle Mountain downtown.

This place offers a remote location with wildlife right outside your window, surrounded by beautiful landscapes and hiking trails around Dove Lake and Cradle Mountain.

We got stuck in the hotel for a full day because of a heavy snowfall, but there was still plenty to do for the kids in both outdoors and indoors activities.

Very impressed with standard queen room with views into the mountain bush lands. Perfect and tasty breakfast for the lounge food instead for all tastes. Excellent staff at the manager on duty during stay...

We loved the snowy nature views from our window, having a little balcony, where you could admire views in privacy of our room, friendly staff, nice food and the unique experience of sipping exotic cocktails on the snow!

The only downfall was the old spa that didn't want to make bubbles! It just was too weak for some reason and no matter what setting I was choosing it did not change the strength of the jets.

The amenities here are really great - the rooms are modern and the breakfast is delicious with options for every palate. The view from the dining area overlooks a beautiful boardwalk 🌿. Even though it's a bit secluded, it’s the perfect spot if you’re looking for something away from the crowds and noise of other places.

The location was excellent, we completed a beer tasting session with a staff member called Jamie he was excellent very entertaining and it was something different to do.

Only dissapointnent I had was we were put in the wrong room to start with. I then had to find my reciept to proove the room I had booked was different and we had to move all our things.

We loved the professional friendly and personal service right from the front desk through to the lovely staff in dining and also the room servicing staff .. even the maintenance staff were friendly ..... it was great to feel special at all levels.

The mattress was a little too firm, a sheepskin or foam top would resolve that.

I loved the room, it was reasonably sized with great views, large windows, and a mostly modernized bathroom. Actually, everything was amazing. My next choice again in Cradle Mountain.

Wonderful location right next to nature and the restaurant for dinner, plus super close to everything this place has to offer! 🌲

Lovely hotel - great, comfortable room. Beautiful location. Recommended. Excellent access to national park and walks.
